A: The best way to submit artwork is through email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Another accepted way is through color or black & white fax 270-842-8851. If you do not have artwork, our graphics team can make artwork for your business at no cost.

Q: Where will the magnets be distributed?
A: Depending on the county, they will be primarily distributed at the local county courthouse. They can also be distributed at other high-traffic areas, such as the library, grocery stores, fire departments.
Q: How many magnets will I receive?
A: We ship 10-15 magnets to every business. If you would like more, we will send an individual business up to 30 magnets.
Q: Will I see what my ad looks like before it is printed?
A: Yes, you will receive a proof of the magnet when we finish the artwork – two to three weeks after the order. You will have two weeks to review your ad space, and get back to us with corrections.
Q: What are the sizes of the ad spaces?
A: There are three different sizes on the full color, 8½ by 11 inch magnet.
